The Star Trek Bachelor Pad

Tony Alleyne from Hinckley, Leicestershire turned his home into the ultimate Star Trek bachelor pad after his wife left him. He painstakingly recreated his home into a replica of a Star Trek set.

This 500 square foot, 5-year project was completed in 2004, but he recently remodeled it to emulate the feel of the ship from Star Trek: Voyager. He handcrafted the entire set by hand, cutting timber and forming the plexiglass. The apartment features voice-activated lighting, LED lighting, running lights and air-conditioning.
