Time in Words

Time in Words

This clock is one of the coolest we’ve seen in awhile. Rather than your standard digital numbers or your old school clock hands telling you what time it is, this clock lets you read it. It was conceived by Biegert & Funk and Qlocktwo. We want one. Rad. Cool. Neat. [via]

Where do I get One?

alberto  21 Nov 2009

I agree. The coolest clock I’ve seen. I would like to know if there is also a calendar. Where can we buy it? I hope it’s not only a prototype.
Really cool!

The cost is 885 euros or about $1320 US Dollars. The also offer and app for the Iphone. It is a pretty sweet clock.

885 euros??? it’d better tell time AND make me a sandwich for that kind of money…

Wakcysire  29 Nov 2009

Well at least the kids will learn how to read, if not to actually tell time :)

This clock stinks, it’s 12:30, not ten past 6!

I’ve seen a tutorial somewhere on the web about how to make a clock EXACTLY like this. Only difference is the other one was more of a simple DIY while this seems to be aimed towards a (very) high end market
